摘 要:明渠主要指的是表面不同的部位会受到大气压强直接作用的渠道,按照形成条件可以划分成人工明渠以及天然明渠,其广泛运用于工业废水、城市污水、农业灌溉及公路排水系统中。明渠的精准计量,是促进节约用水、提高用水效率的有效有段。明渠的流量测量方法有很多,其中时差法超声波流量计是进行明渠测流的一种关键设备。在我国电子技术水平不断进步的背景之下,超声波流量计也得到了较迅猛的技术发展,在水利、水电以及农业等领域有着较为广泛的应用。相比于其他明渠测量方法,比如传统的堰槽法、流速仪法等,时差法超声波流量计在测量精度、操作的简便以及适用性上,优势更为明显,在对农业灌溉渠道、天然河道等进行流量计量时能够获得更为准确的结果。基于此,本文在实验室边坡水槽与实际矩形渠道之中应用了时差法超声波流量计进行测量,旨在探寻这一方式的可行性。结果显示,通过时差法超声波流量计进行测流,所获得的结果准确度更高,具备较高的应用与推广价值。Open channel is a kind of channel with free surface water flow. According to its formation, it can be divided into natural open channel and artificial open channel. It is widely used in industrial wastewater,urban sewage, agricultural irrigation and highway drainage system. Accurate measurement of open channel is an effective way to promote water saving and improve water efficiency. There are many methods for flow measurement in open channel, among which time difference ultrasonic flowmeter is a key equipment for flow measurement in open channel. Under the background of the continuous progress of electronic technology in China, ultrasonic flowmeter has also been more rapid technological development, and has a more extensive application in the fields of water conservancy, hydropower and agriculture. Compared with other open channel measurement methods, such as traditional weir channel method and current meter method, time difference ultrasonic flowmeter has more obvious advantages in measurement accuracy, simple operation and applicability,and can obtain more accurate results in flow measurement of agricultural irrigation channels and natural rivers.Based on this, the paper applies the time difference ultrasonic flowmeter in the laboratory slope flume and the actual rectangular channel, in order to explore the feasibility of this method. The results show that the accuracy of flow measurement by ultrasonic flowmeter with time difference method is higher, it has higher application and promotion value.
