摘 要:通过热重分析、单因素试验、正交试验对微波加热条件下制备高纯磷铁合金工艺进行了研究,探明了配硅系数、冶炼温度、碱度对产品成分和P组分收得率的影响。结果表明:试验所得磷铁合金C质量分数和Ti质量分数均低于0.05%,各因素对P组分收得率的影响程度大小顺序为碱度>冶炼温度>配硅系数。最佳工艺条件为配硅系数1.2,冶炼温度1 360℃,碱度1.1,该条件下所得产品P质量分数为26.99%,P组分收得率为88.08%。Through thermogravimetric analysis, single factor experiment, orthogonal experiment, the process of preparing high-purity ferro-phosphorus alloy under microwave heating conditions was studied, and the influence of silicon ratio coefficient, smelting temperature and alkalinity on the product composition and the recovery rate of phosphorus was investigated. The results showed that the carbon content and titanium content of the ferro-phosphorus alloy obtained in the experiment were both lower than 0.05%, and the order of the degree of influence of each factor on the recovery rate of phosphorus was alkalinity>smelting temperature> silicon ratio coefficient. The best process conditions were silicon ratio coefficient of 1.2, the smelting temperature of 1 360 ℃, and the alkalinity of 1.1,under these conditions, the phosphorus content of the product obtained was 26.99%, and the recovery rate of phosphorus was 88.08%.
