摘 要:研究二氧化钛负载重金属复合材料的制备方法,并测试其降解染料废水的性能。根据选择的实验药品和制备器械,在一次阳极氧化法、恒电位阳极氧化法以及二次阳极氧化法应用下,制备二氧化钛负载重金属复合材料;并对其膜厚度、吸附容量以及膜利用率进行了动态过滤分析;根据其材料表征,设定测试条件与基本步骤。实验测试结果显示,此次制备的二氧化钛负载重金属复合材料应用下,染料废水中含有的亚甲基蓝溶液和COD溶液的线性相关系数的取值均在0.98以上,可见二氧化钛负载重金属复合材料对于染料废水有较好的污染物降解效果。The preparation method of titanium dioxide loaded heavy metal composite was studied, and its degradation performance of dye wastewater was tested. According to the selected experimental drugs and preparation instruments, titanium dioxide loaded heavy metal composite was prepared under the application of primary anodizing, potentiostatic anodizing and secondary anodizing. The membrane thickness, adsorption capacity and membrane utilization rate of the composite were analyzed by dynamic filtration. The test conditions and basic steps were set according to the material characterization. The experimental results show that the linear correlation coefficient of methylene blue solution and COD solution in dye wastewater is above 0.98 under the application of titanium dioxide loaded heavy metal composite, which shows that titanium dioxide loaded heavy metal composite has good pollutant degradation effect for dye wastewater.
