摘  要:基于3 dB分支线定向耦合器,设计了一款覆盖全球4大卫星导航系统工作频段的带状线双频四馈等幅移相电路。整个移相电路布局设计在4层电路板上,顶层和底层为接地层,用于将移相电路、低噪声放大电路与天线进行屏蔽,以提升天线抗干扰性能。电路板第二层和第三层分别用于布设L1频段(1521~1621 MHz)和L2频段(1170~1280 MHz)的移相电路,每个频段的移相电路分别由3个带状线的3 dB分支线耦合器和一段长度相差λ/4的带状传输线组成。实测结果表明,该电路在L1频段内传输损耗小于7.5 dB,输出馈电端口的相位偏差在±4°以内;在L2频段内传输损耗小于8.2 dB,输出馈电端口的相位偏差在±5°以内。该移相电路具有双频带、相位特性好、抗干扰性强等优点,能够较好地满足全球卫星导航系统(Global Navigation Satellite Systenm,GNSS)定位系统终端设备应用需求。Based on the 3 dB branch line directional coupler,a stripline dual-frequency quad-feed equalamplitude phase-shifting circuit covering the working frequency bands of the world's four major satellite navigation systems is designed.The entire phase-shifting circuit layout is designed on a 4-layer circuit board,and the top and bottom layers are ground layers,which are used to shield the phase-shifting circuit,the low-noise amplifier circuit and the antenna to improve the anti-interference performance of the antenna.The second and third layers of the circuit board are used to lay out phase-shifting circuits of L1 frequency band(1521~1621 MHz)and L2 frequency band(1170~1280 MHz)respectively.The phase-shifting circuit of each frequency band consists of 3 stripline's 3 dB branch line coupler is composed of a stripline transmission line of different lengths.The measured results show that the transmission loss of the circuit in the L1 frequency band is less than 7.5 dB,and the phase deviation of the output feed port is within±4°;in the L2 frequency band,the transmission loss is less than 8.2 dB,and the phase deviation of the output feed port is within±5°.The phase shifting circuit has the advantages of dual frequency bands,good phase characteristics,strong anti-interference,et al,and can better meet the application requirements of Global Navigation Satellite Systenm(GNSS)positioning system terminal equipment.
