摘  要:实验室测定维生素C含量多用直接碘量法,此法简单准确,但因碘蒸气有毒,实验过程中会对学生和教师身体产生一定危害。利用微型装置采用直接碘量法测定几种样品中维生素C含量,发现碘单质每次实验消耗量仅为常量滴定的1%~10%,而测定结果与常量法并无显著性差异。本方法可为实验室直接碘量法测定维生素C微型化提供一定的理论依据。The direct iodometric method is often used to determine the content of vitamin C in laboratory, which is simple and accurate. However, due to the poisonous iodine vapor, it will cause harm to students and teachers during the experiment. In this paper, micro device was used to determine the content of vitamin C in several samples by direct iodometry. The results showed that iodine consumed by micro titration were 1%~10% of iodine consumed by normal titration. There was no significant difference between the determination results of the two methods.The method can provide a certain theoretical basis for miniaturization of determination of vitamin C by direct iodimetry in laboratory.
