摘  要:依据泡沫除尘技术的除尘机理,对六种不同的试剂进行了起泡能力和泡沫稳定性的试验研究与分析。试验结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的单体发泡性能最佳,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的发泡性能最低,阴离子型表面活性剂发泡性能优于阳离子型表面活性剂,不同稳定剂对同一发泡剂、同一稳定剂对不同发泡剂的性能影响是不同的。综合考虑起泡能力和发泡性能,确定两种泡沫除尘剂基本配方:0.2%十二烷基苯磺酸钠+0.3%羧甲基纤维素;1.0%十二烷基磺酸钠+0.2%改性硅树脂聚醚微乳液。According to the dust removal mechanism of foam dust removal technology, the foaming ability and foam stability of six different reagents were studied and analyzed. The results show that sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate has the best monomer foaming performance, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide has the lowest foaming performance, and anion surfactant foaming performance is better than cationic surfactant. Different stabilizers have different effects on the same foaming agent and the same stabilizer on the performance of different foaming agents. Considering the foaming ability and foaming performance, the basic formula of two kinds of foam dedusting agents is determined: 0.2% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate +0.3% carboxymethyl cellulose;1.0% sodium dodecyl sulfonate+0.2% modified silicone polyether microemulsion.
