摘 要:中国早期的铁路建设受西方国家干涉未有统一的技术标准。为修订1922年制定的铁路技术标准,南京国民政府铁道部设立了铁道技术标准审订委员会。委员会以中国工程师为主体,主要成员大多有留学经历。委员会主要负责已有标准的改良、审订及机械设计,对之前拟定标准在补充、细化等方面做了工作,历经7年制定了15项标准规范。对规范当时铁路建筑与技术、推进近代中国铁路技术标准化进程做出了重要贡献。There was no unified technical standard for early railway construction in China, which was interfered by western countries. In order to revise the railway technical standards formulated in 1922, the Ministry of Railways in period of Nanjing National Government established a committee. The committee was composed mainly of Chinese engineers, most of key members had overseas education experience. The committee was mainly responsible for the improvement, revision and mechanical design of the existing standards,and had done work on the supplement and refinement of the previously formulated standards. The Committee spent 7 years to formulate15 standard specifications. It made important contributions to standardizing railway architecture and technology at that time and promoting the process of railway technology standardization in modern China.
