摘  要:注水开发是海上油田开发的重要手段,离心式注水泵是海上油田注水开发重要设备之一。以某海上油田为例,在油田开发初期,由于开发评价井的临时调整,原设计的注水井钻完井计划的延后或取消,导致投产前期较长一段时间内注入量远低于单台注水泵最低排量,无法满足油田正常注水泵运转注入要求。主要从制约油田注水主要问题入手,通过对注水泵、流程的重新设计校核及改造,达到解决开发初期注水井小排量注入问题,以实现油田开发初期地层注水及地层能量的有效补充,从而提高地层原油的采收率。Water injection is an important means for offshore oilfield development and centrifugal water injection pump is often one of the important equipment for offshore oilfield water injection development.Taking an offshore oil field as an example,in the early stage of oilfield development,due to the temporary adjustment of the development evaluation well,the drilling and completion plan of the originally designed injection well was postponed or cancelled,resulting in a long period of injection volume far lower than the minimum displacement of a single injection pump,which could not meet the normal operation and injection requirements of the oilfield injection pump.This paper mainly starts from restricting the main problems of water injection in oilfield,and through re-designing,checking and reforming the water injection pump and flow,it can solve the problem of small displacement injection of water injection well in the early stage of development,so as to realize the effective replenishment of formation water injection and formation energy in the early stage of oilfield development,so as to improve the recovery of formation crude oil.
