摘  要:针对长庆油田低渗透油藏开发过程中存在油井产量低、动液面深,非均质性强,层间动用不均,原油凝固点高,大斜度井多等问题,开展了以举升工艺为主、配套深层卡封、防偏磨治理、清防蜡等工艺技术的研究与应用,形成了小泵深抽、连续杆深抽、高温电泵深抽等系列举升工艺,以及防偏磨治理工艺、清防蜡工艺、油层保护等举升配套工艺,以保障低渗透油田的持续稳定发展。In view of the problems of low oil well production,deep fluid level,strong heterogeneity,uneven production between layers,high freezing point of crude oil,and many highly deviated wells during the development of low-permeability reservoirs in Changqing Oilfield,the The research and application of technology such as lifting technology as the main,supporting deep sealing,anti-eccentric wear treatment,and wax removal and anti-waxing have formed a series of lifting technologies such as small pump deep pumping,continuous rod deep pumping,and high-temperature electric pump deep pumping.As well as anti-eccentric wear treatment process,wax removal process,oil layer protection and other lifting supporting processes,it provides strong technical support for the sustainable and stable development of low-permeability oilfields.
