摘  要:阐述了稀乙烯制乙苯/苯乙烯装置存在的腐蚀失效形态和其对生产作业造成的影响,同时也分析了装置腐蚀失效的原因。之所以出现换热设备与管道腐蚀等问题,主要是受二氧化碳的弱酸腐蚀影响,要想避免二氧化碳腐蚀就要使用高Cr钢进行作业。而高压凝结水管发生锈蚀失效问题,是由于受到冲击侵蚀的影响,在实际工作中工作人员除了应增厚管壁外,还要将其材料更换为具备较强抗冲击侵蚀能力的新材料。工艺阻聚剂管道会发生腐蚀失效现象,原因在于内部氯化物中的氯离子孔蚀影响,在应对此问题时,应将管道材质不断优化,通过降低工作温度便可使孔蚀现象缓解。而高温区域压力仪表接管之所以发生断裂,是受应力腐蚀的作用,应确保接管材质具有较强的抗应力性能,还要将会产生应力腐蚀的环境因素全面消除,只有这样才能防止此类腐蚀失效问题发生。The article expounds the corrosion failure modes of dilute ethylene to ethylbenzene/styrene plant and its influence on production operations,and also analyzes the reasons for the corrosion failure of the plant.The reason why the corrosion of heat exchange equipment and pipelines occurs is mainly affected by the weak acid corrosion of carbon dioxide.In order to avoid carbon dioxide corrosion,high Cr steel should be used for operation.The reason why the high-pressure condensate pipe will rust and fail is due to the impact of impact erosion.In actual work,in addition to thickening the pipe wall,the staff should replace the material with a new material with strong impact erosion resistance.The corrosion failure phenomenon of the process inhibitor pipeline occurs due to the influence of the chloride ion pitting corrosion in the internal chloride.When dealing with this problem,the staff should continuously optimize the pipe material,and the pitting corrosion phenomenon can be alleviated by reducing the working temperature.The reason for the fracture of the pressure instrument nozzle in the high temperature area is the effect of stress corrosion.The staff should ensure that the material of the nozzle has strong stress resistance,and the environmental factors that will cause stress corrosion should be completely eliminated.Only in this way can this be prevented.Corrosion-like failure problems occur.
