摘　　要：利用HAZOP和LOPA分析方法确定甲醛装置安全仪表回路的SIL等级要求,结合工程经验和标准规范、国家法令,对甲醛装置进行安全仪表系统设计,以保证装置生产安全运行,降低事故发生概率,保护人员、设备及环境安全。The article determine the SIL by HAZOP and LOPA.Design the safety instrumented system for Formaldehyde Plant,according to the engineering experience and the code introduces.To ensure the plant operating safely,reduce the probability of accidents,and protect personnel,equipment and environmental safety.
