摘 要:目的探讨统一帕金森病评定量表(unified Parkimson's disease rating seale,UPDRS)评估无言语障碍帕金森病患者的语音声学特征。方法录制15例UPDRS量表评估无言语障碍的帕金森病患者(帕金森病组)和36例年龄匹配的健康成人(对照组)的朗读语音,提取语音的基频和元音共振峰特征,比较两组结果。结果帕金森组的语音基频变异度(3.00±0.70 St)显著小于健康对照组(3.68±0.71 St)(P<0.01),而两组间元音发音指数无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论统一帕金森病评定量表评估无言语障碍的帕金森病患者因为中枢神经系统受损,言语基频的起伏变化趋于平缓。Objective To study the acoustic features of speech produced by patients with Parkinson’s disease,who had no perceptible speech impairments in terms of the unified parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS).Methods Based on speech recordings from 15 early-stage PD patients without speech impairments in terms of the UPDRS and 36 age-and gender-matched healthy controls,the acoustic metrics on fundamental frequency(F0)and formants were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The PD group(3.00±0.70 St)showed a significantly smaller F0 variability than the healthy controls(3.68±0.71 St)(P<0.01),but no significant difference was found in vowel articulation index between the two groups.Conclusion Even for PD patients whose speech sounds normal,acoustic manifestations of their speech may have already been impaired because of the central nervous system impairment,mainly characterized with smaller F0 variation.
