摘　　要：抗日战争时期,我国有大量抗战档案文献流失海外,散存在美国、英国、法国和日本等国,开展联合编研有利于征集海外抗战档案,推进抗战档案文献发掘利用。文章阐释联合编研对海外抗战档案文献征集与开发的促进意义,从海外抗战档案分布、档案部门编研力量、当前国际环境影响等方面分析联合编研工作中存在的问题及原因。研究认为,提出开展资料性、智力性和合作性编研的优化对策,可完善我国抗战档案文献资源建设、挖掘档案文献价值、开展爱国主义教育,为中华民族伟大复兴提供文化助力。During the Anti-Japanese War,there has been a large number of archives of the War of Resistance against Japan lost to overseas,it mainly distributed in the United States,Britain,Russia,Japan and other countries.Therefore,joint compilation and research is conducive to collecting overseas archives of Anti-Japanese War and promoting the excavation and utilization of them.This paper discusses the significance of joint compilation and research to the collection and development of overseas archives of Anti-Japanese War,which analyzes the problems and causes in the joint compilation and research work from the distribution of overseas archives of Anti-Japanese War,the compilation and research strength of archives department and the influence of current international environment.It also puts forward the optimization countermeasures to carry out information,intelligence and cooperative editing and research.The paper shows that the Improvement measures of the compilation and research of the information,intelligence and cooperation can improve the construction of the Anti-Japanese War archive literature resources in China,explore the value of the archive literature,develop patriotism education,and provide cultural support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
