摘　　要：子宫内膜增生(EH)是妇科临床上常见病,具有反复发作的特点,因此需要长期管理已取得共识。在EH的药物治疗中,孕激素类药物运用广泛。然而,长期孕激素治疗会给患者带来一定副作用,且对于一些合并存在乳腺疾病、肥胖、肝功能异常等患者并不适用。非孕激素类药物包括:促性腺激素释放激素激动剂、芳香化酶抑制剂、二甲双胍、选择性雌激素受体调节剂、选择性孕激素受体调节剂、中草药等,都可达到治疗EH的作用。本文将对EH的非孕激素类药物作用机制及其治疗进展作一综述。Endometrial hyperplasia is a common gynecological clinical disease,which has the characteristics of recurrent attacks.Therefore,it has been agreed that it needs long-term management.Progesterone drugs are widely used in the drug treatment of endometrial hyperplasia.However,long-term progesterone treatment will bring some side effects to patients,and it is not suitable for some patients with breast disease,obesity and abnormal liver function.Non progesterone drugs include gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists,aromatase inhibitors,metformin,selective estrogen receptor modulators,selective progesterone receptor modulators,Chinese herbal medicine and so on,which can treat endometrial hyperplasia.This paper reviews the mechanism of action and treatment progress of non progesterone drugs for endometrial hyperplasia.
