摘　　要：论述各主要类型高压避雷器在线监测仪的接入方式,分析现阶段监测仪更换方法及短板。探讨带电更换监测仪原理,从保障运行人员的安全和电力系统的供电质量出发,针对户外避雷器监测仪故障频发及更换过程风险高的问题,通过机构设计,对监测仪接入方式进行改造,研制一种具有不停电更换功能的装置。现场测试结果表明,该装置有助于快速更换监测仪,有效降低监测仪故障率和提高故障检修效率。The access modes of the main types of on-line monitoring devices for high voltage arresters are discussed,and the replacement methods and short boards of monitoring devices at this stage are analyzed.The principle of live replacement monitor is discussed.In order to ensure the safety of operators and the power supply quality of power system,aiming at the problems of frequent failures and high risk in the replacement process of outdoor lightning arrester monitor,through mechanism design,the access mode of the monitor is reformed,and a device with the function of uninterrupted replacement is developed.The field test results show that the device is helpful to quickly replace the monitor,effectively reduce the failure rate of the monitor and improve the efficiency of troubleshooting.
