摘  要:在电气试验中,变压器发生接线错误会导致结果不准确,为此提出电气试验中变压器绕组的错误接线判断方法。首先,测量变压器绕组直流电阻,计算相间或线间电阻差异,判断电阻直流变化。然后,提取变压器绕组振动特征,建立能力谱特征矩阵。最后,获取介质损耗因数,通过反接线方式判断错误接线所在的位置。试验结果表明,该方法对变压器绕组错误接线情况的分析结果与实际情况相符,具有一定的有效性。In electrical tests,incorrect wiring of the transformer can lead to inaccurate results.Therefore,a method for judging the wrong wiring of transformer windings in electrical tests is proposed.Firstly,the DC resistance of transformer winding is measured,the resistance difference between phases or lines is calculate,and the DC change of resistance is judged.Then,the vibration characteristics of transformer winding are extracted and the capability spectrum characteristic matrix is established.Finally,the dielectric loss factor is obtained,and the location of the wrong wiring is determined by reverse wiring.The experimental results show that the analysis results of the wrong wiring of transformer windings by this method are consistent with the actual situation and have certain validity.
