摘　　要：心房颤动患者的左心房结构和功能与射频消融治疗术后复发及卒中风险相关。与生化指标相比,影像学评估心脏结构与功能,如采用超声心动图、电子计算机断层扫描和心脏磁共振可提供更多信息,并可用于指导治疗和评估预后。Left atrial structure and function are related to the risk of recurrence and stroke after radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation.Compared with biochemical indexes,imaging assessment of cardiac structure and function,such as echocardiography,computed tomography and cardiac magnetic resonance,can provide more information and can be used for treatment instruction and prognosis evaluation.
