摘　　要：目的:观察胺碘酮联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病(CHD)伴心律失常的疗效。方法:将78例CHD伴心律失常患者随机分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=42),两组均接受CHD基础治疗和口服阿托伐他汀,对照组另给予盐酸普罗帕酮片治疗,观察组另给予盐酸胺碘酮片治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者24 h动态心电图相关指标、心功能指标、血液黏度指标,检测血清hs-CRP、Hcy、BNP水平变化;评价两组疗效及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组心电图、心功能、血液黏度指标、hs-CRP、Hcy、BNP、治疗总有效率均优于对照组(均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合阿托伐他汀治疗CHD伴心律失常可有效改善心功能,降低血液黏度和血清hs-CRP、Hcy、BNP水平。Objective:To observe the efficacy of amiodarone combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with arrhythmia.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with CHD and arrhythmia were randomly divided into a control group(n=36)and an observation group(n=42).Both groups received basic CHD treatment and oral atorvastatin,and then the control group received propafenone hydrochloride tablets while the observation group received amiodarone hydrochloride tablets.The indexes of 24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram,heart function and blood viscosity and the levels of serum hs-CRP,Hcy,BNP were determined before and after treatment.The efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the indexes of ECG,cardiac function,blood viscosity,the levels of hs-CRP,Hcy,BNP and the overall response rate in observation group were better than those in control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with atorvastatin can effectively improve cardiac function,reduce blood viscosity and serum hs-CRP,Hcy and BNP levels.
