老年糖尿病衰弱患者负性情绪与运动情况、躯体功能的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析老年糖尿病衰弱患者负性情绪、运动情况及躯体功能的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法抽取成都市3个社区的老年糖尿病衰弱患者250例,采用一般资料调查表、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、老年糖尿病特异性运动锻炼问卷(SEQ-SDM)及简易机体功能评估测试(SPPB)对患者进行调查。结果:老年糖尿病衰弱患者HADS、SEQ-SDM及SPPB得分依次为(15.40±4.05)分、(3.47±0.51)分、(6.34±2.37)分。糖尿病病程、糖尿病衰弱知识、血糖控制、害怕跌倒、运动情况及躯体功能是其负性情绪的影响因素(P<0.05)。老年糖尿病衰弱患者负性情绪得分与运动情况得分呈正相关(r=0.841,P<0.01)、与躯体功能得分呈负相关(r=-0.835,P<0.01)。结论:成都市社区老年糖尿病衰弱患者焦虑抑郁情绪较严重,与运动情况、躯体功能显著相关。应重视老年糖尿病衰弱患者的心理情况,并采取针对性措施改善其不良情绪。Objective:To analyze the correlations between negative emotion,exercise status and physical function in senile diabetic patients with frailty.Methods:250 senile diabetic patients with frailty in three communities in Chengdu were selected by convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaire,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),Specific Exercise Questionnaire for Senile Diabetes Mellitus(SEQ-SDM)and Short Physical Performance Battery(SPPB)were used to investigate the patients.Results:The scores of HADS,SEQ-SDM and SPPB in senile diabetic patients with frailty were(15.40±4.05)points、(3.47±0.51)points and(6.34±2.37)points,respectively.The duration of diabetes,knowledge of diabetes with frailty,blood glucose control,fear of falls,exercise status and physical function were the influencing factors of negative emotions in these patients(P<0.05).Their scores of negative emotions was positively correlated with exercise status scores(r=0.841,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with physical function scores(r=-0.835,P<0.01).Conclusion:The anxiety and depression of senile diabetic patients with frailty in Chengdu communities are relatively serious,which is significantly correlated with exercise status and physical function.We should pay attention to the psychological condition of these patients,and take targeted measures to improve their bad mood.
