摘  要:某小学教学楼建于20世纪70年代,为四层砌体结构,预制空心楼板,未设置构造柱和圈梁,需对其进行抗震加固。首先,通过对该砌体结构进行抗震定鉴定计算,得出结构薄弱部位;其次,针对鉴定计算结果,提出相应的加固方法;最后,对加固前后砌体结构进行抗震能力指数核算。结果表明:选择对薄弱墙体、窗间墙和楼板进行加固,采用钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固薄弱墙体,纵横墙交接处配置上下通长的加强钢筋起到构造柱的作用,楼层处沿水平方向在楼板上下各布置通长加强钢筋,起圈梁作用。加固后,砌体结构房屋抗震能力指数均满足现行抗震规范要求。The teaching building of a primary school was built in the 1970s.It is a four storey masonry structure with prefabricated hollow floor slab.It is not provided with structural columns and ring beams,so it needs seismic reinforcement.Firstly,the weak parts of the structure are obtained through the seismic identification calculation of the masonry structure;Secondly,according to the appraisal calculation results,the corresponding reinforcement methods are proposed;Finally,the seismic capacity index of masonry structure before and after reinforcement is calculated.The research shows that the weak wall,the wall between windows and the floor slab are strengthened,and the weak wall is strengthened with steel mesh cement mortar surface.The full-length reinforcing bars are configured at the junction of vertical and horizontal walls to play the role of structural columns,and the full-length reinforcing bars are arranged above and below the floor slab along the horizontal direction to play the role of ring beams.The seismic capacity indexes of reinforced masonry buildings meet the requirements of current seismic codes.
