摘 要:以厦门市某幼儿园教学楼基础隔震设计为例,按照现行《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2010)减震系数法,对上部结构承载力和变形进行验算;运用时程分析法,对隔震层和下部结构的承载力和变形进行计算和设计,并将其与新颁布的《建筑隔震设计标准》(GB/T51408-2021)的对应条文进行比较。结果表明,两部规范对上部结构内力和位移的计算方法不同,验算内容也有较大差别,但对隔震层和下部结构的验算要求一致。运用时程分析法设计得到的隔震层和下部结构,能够同时满足两部规范的要求。Taking the base isolation design of a kindergarten teaching building in Xiamen as an example,the checking of bearing capacity and deformation of seismic isolation interface,superstructure and substructure is carried out in detail.The method of earthquake-reduction coefficient in“Code for seismic design of buildings”is used in design of superstructure.Meanwhile,the time history analysis method is applied in isolation interface and substructure.The methods and checking items are compared with those in“Standard for seismic isolation design of building”.The result shows that there are some differences in computing method and checking items of internal force and deformation of superstructure in two above-mentioned codes.Nevertheless,the checking requirements of isolation interface and substructure in two codes are consistent with each other.The isolation interface and substructure obtained by time history analysis method can satisfy the requirements of two codes at the same time.
