饰面清水混凝土弧形斜墙模板的设计与施工技术探析

摘　　要：《清水混凝土应用技术规程》对饰面清水混凝土模板的对拉螺栓和模板拼缝均有严格的技术要求,弧形斜墙由于其造型独特,常规胶合板模板和拼缝技术难以满足饰面清水混凝土禅缝(模板拼缝)的相关要求。为确保弧形斜墙造型准确和墙面禅缝的装饰效果,平潭国际演艺中心创新采用平行四边形模板的组模技术和拼缝挤密锁平技术,有效解决了造型饰面清水混凝土胶合板模板的组模技术和模板拼缝质量控制技术难题,全面实现弧形斜墙的饰面清水混凝土装饰与设计效果。The Regulation for Applied Technology of Fair Faced Concrete has relevant technical provisions on the formworks of split bolt and flat felled seam on the veneer of fair-faced concrete.Due to its unique shape,the regular plywood formwork and joint technology are difficult to meet the relevant requirements of the Zen joint on the veneer of fair-faced concrete.In order to ensure the accurate shape of the arc inclined wall and the decorative effect of the Zen seam on the wall,the project team of Pingtan International Performing Arts Center innovatively adopts the formwork assembly technology of parallelogram formwork and the seam extrusion and locking technology,which effectively solves the technical problems of formwork assembly technology and formwork joint quality control of the modeling veneer of fair-faced concrete,and fully realizes the decoration and design effect of fair-faced concrete of the veneer of arc inclined wall.
