高强度预应力管桩在湿陷性黄土富集钙质结核地区的应用研究

摘　　要：西安少陵塬黄土地区存在较厚钙质结核坚夹层,预制管桩穿越该土层存在较大困难。针对这一问题,结合实际工程案例,对普通高强度预应力管桩(C80)在该类地区的应用进行多方案试验。经多方案对比分析,提出采用静力压桩及超高强预应力管桩(C105)+长螺旋引孔的方案,在保证较低爆桩率的情形下,使桩尖达到设计标高。此方案在严重湿陷性多层深厚钙质结核地区的应用,提供了理论研究及计算依据。Xi'an ShaoLing tableland loess areas with thick calcareous tuberculosis established interlayer,prefabricated pipe pile through the soil there is a big difficulty,to make the precast pipe pile tip to bearing layer,combining with the practical engineering case,the general high strength prestressed concrete pipe pile(C80)in this region solution test,the application of comparison and analysis of many alternatives,The scheme of static pile pressing,ultra-high strength prestressed pipe pile(C105)and long spiral hole guiding is proposed to make the pile tip reach the design elevation under the condition of low pile explosion rate,which provides theoretical research and calculation basis for the application of the scheme in seriously collapsible multi-layer and deep calcareous concretion area.
