摘  要:动车组接线完毕之后,需要对动车组的配线进行工频耐压试验,以此检测动车组配线绝缘耐压水平的好坏,保障动车组的安全运营。动车组配线进行工频耐压试验时,用到的核心器件为调压器,调压器为工频耐压试验提供所需要的电压。在进行动车组工频耐压试验过程中,转动调压器调节旋钮时,电压出现跳动,达不到工频耐压试验所需要的电压。对调压器进行了拆卸,发现滑动变阻器的线圈被烧损,对线圈烧损进行了分析,并找出了电压跳动的原因,最终提出解决问题的措施。After the EMU(elec tric multiple unit s)wiring is c ompleted,it is nec essary to conduct power fr equency withstand voltage test on the wiring of the EMU,so as to detect the insulation and withstand voltage level of the wiring of the EMU and ensure the safe operation of the EMU.When conducting power frequency withstand voltage test for EMU wiring,the core device used is the voltage regulator,which provides the required voltage for power frequency withstand voltage test.During the power frequency withstand voltage test of EMU,when the regulating knob of voltage regulator is turned,the voltage jumps and cannot reach the voltage required for the power frequency withstand voltage test.After disassembling the voltage regulator,it is found that the coil of the sliding rheostat is burned.The burning loss of the coil is analyzed,the cause of volt age runout is f ound out,and finally the me asures to solve the pr oblem are put f orward.
