摘　　要：癌性厌食影响患者生存质量,在肿瘤患者中发病率较高。孟河医派名家张继泽教授认为,癌性厌食与饮食不调、情志不畅、病后体虚等因素有关;治疗原则以平调阴阳、扶正纠偏为主,抗癌为辅;临床分中虚气滞(挟寒)、肝胃不和、胃阴不足、气滞血瘀、脾胃虚弱等证型加以论治;强调结合症状及体征,恪守病机,知犯何逆,随证治之,可延缓病程或提高患者生活质量。Cancer-related anorexia affects the quality of life of patients,and has a higher incidence in cancer patients.Professor Zhang Jize,a famous doctor of Menghe School of TCM,believes that cancer-related anorexia is related to factors,such as dietary disorders,emotional and mental disorders,and physical weakness during illness.The treatment principle should be mainly regulating yin and yang and strengthening the body resistance with assistance of anticancer;clinical syndromes should be divided into deficiency in the middle and qi stagnation(with coldness),disharmony in liver and stomach,yin deficiency in stomach,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and weakness of spleen and stomach;it is emphasized that the disease progress will delay or the life quality of patients will be improved if treatment adheres to combination the symptoms and signs,and follows the disease mechanism.
