摘  要:吗啡既是临床用镇痛剂,也是公认的毒品.为实现对尿液中吗啡的快速、简单、高灵敏度与高选择性检测,将多壁碳纳米管羧基化处理后,直接滴涂于打磨并表征过的玻碳电极表面,制备得到了羧基化多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWNTs-COOH/GCE),并采用差分脉冲吸附溶出伏安法(ASDPV)对吗啡(MOP)进行检测.结果表明,在优化了传感器的制备及检测条件(包括MWNTs-COOH的滴涂量以及富集时间、富集电位、缓冲溶液的pH等)后,得到的MWNTs-COOH/GCE检测吗啡的工作曲线回归方程为lg(I/μA)=0.687lg[c/(μmol·L^(−1))]−0.068(r^(2)=0.9920),线性范围为1.0×10^(−7)~1.0×10^(−4)mol/L,检出限为8.0×10^(−8)mol/L.在使用尿酸酶除去尿液中的干扰物尿酸后,用该传感器检测实际吸毒人员尿液中吗啡的质量分数,得到的检测结果与高效液相色谱检出结果的相对误差绝对值在4.24%以内.通过t检验法发现在置信度为95%时,两种方法并无显著性差异.Morphine is not only a clinical analgesic,but also a recognized drug.Therefore,in order to achieve rapid,simple,highly sensitive and highly selective detection of morphine in urine,carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes were directly applied to the surface of polished and characterized glassy carbon electrode,and the carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode(MWNTS-COOH/GCE)was prepared.Differential pulse adsorption stripping voltammetry(ASDPV)was used to detect morphine(MOP).The results show that after optimizing the preparation and detection conditions of the sensor,including the amount of MWNTS-COOH,enrichment time,enrichment potential,pH of buffer solution,etc.,the regression equation of MWNTS-COOH/GCE working curve for morphine detection was lg(I/μA)=0.687lg[c/(μmol·L^(−1))]−0.068(r^(2)=0.9920),and the linear range was 1.0×10^(−7)~1.0×10^(−4) mol/L.The detection limit was 8.0×10^(−8) mol/L.After removing uric acid in the urine by uric acid enzyme,the sensor is used to detect the positive urine.Results were compared with HPLC’s,check out the absolute value of relative error within 4.24%,and through the t test found in the confidence level of 95%,there is no significant difference of the two methods.
