摘  要:法兰连接的质量取决于法兰保管、预制、组对、紧固、检查、标识等全过程的质量管理,但是造成法兰泄漏最常见的因素是螺栓紧固扭矩选择不当。在中国石油管道局马来西亚项目施工中,采用ASME PCC—1—2013《压力边界螺栓法兰连接安装指南》标准中螺栓安装目标扭矩计算公式,类推出所有法兰管理英制螺栓的目标扭矩,累计完成6210道法兰连接接头管理,试压测试结果表明无任何泄漏口。相关施工经验和算例为今后站场施工中法兰管理提供了良好实践。The quality of flange connection depends on the quality management in the whole process of flange storage,prefabrication,as⁃sembly,fastening,inspection and identification.However,the most common cause of flange leakage is the improper selection of bolt tightening torque.In the construction of the Malaysia project of China Petroleum Pipeline Administration,the target torque of all Brit⁃ish-system bolts in flange management is deduced according to the target torque calculation formula for flange bolt installation in ASME PCC—1—2013“Guide for the Installation of Pressure Boundary Bolt Flange Connection”,and the management of 6210 flange connection joints was completed in total.The pressure test results show that there is no leakage at all flange joints.Relevant construc⁃tion experience and calculation examples provide good practice for flange management in station-yard construction in the future.
