摘 要:焊接产品标准对焊缝余高均有明确要求,因此对石油管焊缝余高及刮槽深度进行检测非常必要。提出了一种基于测距传感器和特定算法对焊缝余高及刮槽深度精确测量方法,建立了焊缝余高及刮槽深度、管体内径、测头的几何关系及其数学模型,推导出了焊缝余高及刮槽深度的计算公式。应用表明,该测量方法适用于管体内壁缺陷等测量,为相关装置的开发提供了设计思路。There are clear requirements for weld reinforcement in welding product standards,so it is very necessary to measure the weld reinforcement and scraping groove depth of oil pipe.A precise measurement method of weld reinforcement and scraping groove depth based on ranging sensor and a specific algorithm is proposed.The geometric relationships between weld reinforcement and scraping groove depth and pipe inner diameter and probe and their mathematical models are established,and the calculation formulas of weld re⁃inforcement and scraping groove depth are deduced.The measurement method is suitable for the measurement of inner wall defects of pipe,and provides an idea for the development of related devices.
