防喷器闸板导向块损伤连续油管案例及应对措施

摘  要:针对连续油管损伤,从实施的底封拖动压裂施工工艺、与其运行接触的注入头及井控防喷器闸板的导向块进行原因分析,确认连续油管损伤为井控防喷器闸板的导向块所致。对存在问题的井控防喷器,通过更换闸板体并进行检修,恢复导向块的功能,在原连续油管井控防喷器下加装扶正防喷器,施工中严格控制坐封载荷,避免井控防喷器闸板对连续油管的损伤。The causes of coiled tubing damage are analyzed from the bottom seal drag fracturing construction process,the injection head in contact with coiled tubing and the guide block of well control BOP ram.It is confirmed that the coiled tubing damage is caused by the guide block of the well control BOP ram.The damage of the well control BOP ram to the coiled tubing is avoided by repairing the ram body of the well control BOP to restore the function of the guide block,installing the centralizing BOP under the well control BOP and strictly controlling the setting load during construction.
