摘  要:页岩气是我国能源的重要组成部分,但其开采难度大,且具有呈低孔、低渗透等特点。针对老井产出低、丧失开采价值的问题,通过开发新的管柱结构,在现有老井套管中再次下入套管,可以实现井筒重建并再次改造地层,激发老井潜力,获得更多产量。研究开发了88.9 mm(3½″)BG-FJU小套管并成功应用在某页岩气区块152.4 mm(5½″)套管中,实现了“套中固套”和多次压裂,助力老井二次改造并再次输出了高产气流,为提升气田老区采收率提供了新的解决方案。Shale gas is an important part of China's energy,but its exploitation is difficult,and the reservoir has the characteristics of low porosity and low permeability.Aiming at the problems of low output and production value loss of old wells,wellbore is reconstruct⁃ed and re formation is transformed by developing new pipe string structure and running small size casing in the existing old well casing,the potential of old wells is stimulated and more production is obtained.88.9 mm(3½″)BG-FJU small size casing was developed and successfully applied to 152.4 mm(5½″)casing in a shale gas block,realizing"fixing casing in casing"and multiple fracturing,helping the secondary transformation of old wells and outputting high-yield gas flow again,providing a new solution for enhancing oil recovery of old gas fields.
