从近几次局部冲突看俄军电子战能力的发展

摘　　要：电子战作为现代战争中不可或缺的作战手段,发挥着越来越重要的作用,世界各国也越来越重视电子战力量的建设和发展。从近几次局部冲突来看,俄军电子战实力已经处于主要军事强国前列。梳理了俄军在近几次局部冲突中的电子战力量运用情况,透过近几次局部冲突从电子战思想理念、部队体制、装备体系、战法运用等方面分析了俄军电子战的发展现状,并从顶层设计、装备发展以及演习训练等方面提出了对电子战力量建设发展的启示,可为电子战力量建设发展提供借鉴和参考。As an indispensable means of warfare in modern war,electronic warfare is playing a more and more important role in modern war. Countries all over the world pay more and more attention to the construction and development of electronic warfare forces. Judging from recent local conflicts,the strength of Russian military electronic warfare has been in the forefront of major military powers. The application of the Russian army’s electronic warfare force in recent local conflicts is combed,the development status of the Russian army’s electronic warfare is analyzed from the aspects of the ideological concept of electronic warfare,force system,equipment system and operation method through recent local conflicts,and the enlightenment to the construction and development of army’s electronic warfare force from the aspects of top-level design,equipment development and exercise training is put forward. It provides reference for the construction and development of army’s electronic warfare force.
