摘  要:顶管施工作为一种常用的暗挖施工方法,近年来越来越多用于综合管廊的非开挖铺设。论文结合上海某综合管廊工程中三格矩形沉井作为顶管井的应用案例,对顶管井在软土地区常用的围护形式进行了比较,通过经济性、工期和相关工程经验的对比分析,最终确定采用三格矩形沉井。通过对沉井平面尺寸、稳定性、截面配筋等内容的设计计算分析。论文得到的结论为:设计的三格矩形沉井方案在软土地区的应用安全可靠,经济合理,工期较短,对后续类似工程有一定的借鉴参考意义。As a common method of underground excavation,pipe jacking is more and more used for trenchless laying of utility tunnel in recent years.Taking the application of three-lattice rectangular sinking well as pipe jacking shaft in a utility tunnel engineering in Shanghai as an example,this paper compares the common enclosure forms of pipe jacking shaft in soft clay area.Through the comparative analysis of economy,construction period and relevant engineering experience,it is finally determined to use three-lattice rectangular sinking well.Through the design,calculation and analysis of the plane size,stability and section reinforcement of the sinking well,this paper draws a conclusion:The application of the designed three-lattice rectangular sinking well scheme in soft clay area is safe,reliable,economical and reasonable,and the construction period is short,which has a certain reference significance for subsequent similar projects.
