摘 要:随着城市化进展不断加快,南珠江两岸也加快了开发的步伐。论文以某号线明挖车站为例,通过详细分析工程地质水文条件,探讨房屋沉降原因,提出富水软土地层条件下基坑开挖周边房屋沉降的控制技术,为类似工程施工提供了借鉴。With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the two sides of the South Pearl River have also accelerated the pace of development.Taking the open excavation station of a subway as an example,based on the detailed analysis of engineering geological and hydrological conditions,the settlement causes of houses are discussed,and the settlement control technology of houses around foundation pit excavation under the condition of water-rich soft soil layer is put forward,which provides reference for similar engineering construction.
