摘 要:对于测量1520 mm及以上轨距的铁路轨距尺,尚无相应铁路轨距尺校准规范,以及相应校准装置。为确保宽轨距铁路轨距尺所测得轨距值准确、可靠,同时考虑节约成本,改造现有标准轨距铁路轨距尺检定装置,提出宽轨距铁路轨距尺校准装置主要技术指标、改造方案和操作步骤。通过校准1676 mm轨距铁路轨距尺轨距,评定宽轨距铁路轨距尺校准装置轨距测量不确定度,验证改造方案。结果表明,宽轨距铁路轨距尺校准装置轨距测量扩展不确定度U为0.093 mm,不大于轨距尺示值最大允许误差的1/3,满足计量性能要求。There is neither corresponding railway gauge calibration specification nor mature calibration device for measuring railway gauge of 1520 mm and above.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the gauge value measured by the compromise standard of railway gauge,and consider the cost saving,the existing railway track gage calibrator is reformed.This paper raises the main technical indexes,transformation scheme and operation steps of the wide gauge of railway gauge calibration device.By calibrating the gauge of railway gauge with 1676 mm gauge,the gauge measurement uncertainty of wide gauge of railway gauge calibration device is evaluated,and the transformation scheme is verified.The results show that the expanded uncertainty U of gauge measurement of wide gauge of railway gauge calibration device is 0.093 mm,which is not greater than 1/3 of the maximum allowable error of gauge indica⁃tion,which meets the requirements of measurement performance.
