摘 要:针对出口澳大利亚30 t轴重煤炭漏斗车部分车辆大横梁加强梁与中梁护板焊缝出现局部裂纹现象,对中梁与大横梁连接结构及其应力、静强度、疲劳开展分析。通过分析得出,裂纹产生的主要原因为大横梁加强梁与中梁护板强度不足,在垂向载荷作用下,大横梁拉拽中梁护板造成疲劳破坏,产生裂纹。根据车辆实际运用情况,采用增加2块角钢与底板组焊而成的补强结构改进连接结构。采取改进措施后,在实际线路上试验。试验表明漏斗车运行状态良好。In view of the phenomenon of local cracks in the welds between the strengthening beam of crossbeam and the guard plate of center beam of some of 30 t axle load coal hopper car exported to Australia,the causes of the con⁃nection structure between the center beam and the crossbeam and its stress,static strength and fatigue were analyzed.Through the analysis,the main reason for the crack is the insufficient strength of the strengthening beam of crossbeam and the guard plate of center beam.Under the vertical loading condition,the crossbeam pulls the guard plate of center beam,resulting in fatigue damage and crack.According to the practical application of the vehicle scene,the reinforce⁃ment structure is made of two angle-steel and the bottom plate.After taking the improvement measures,the test on the practical application shows that the coal hopper car is running well.
