摘  要:针对城市轨道交通系统接触网检修工作量大,检修天窗时间短的问题,调查、研究、分析刚性接触网检修作业现状,以轨道平车为基础,设计一种刚性接触网作业平台车。该作业平台车编组形式灵活多样,可采用“1+1”编组方式,通过改变连挂车辆数量调节单次停车可检修距离,实现小规模接触网检修、绝缘子冲洗等作业;也可采用“1+N”编组方式,实现大规模接触网检修、绝缘子冲洗等作业。采用刚性接触网作业平台车,可提高刚性接触网检修作业效率,降低维修人员作业劳动强度,减小检修作业过程中装卸设备材料可能存在的隐患。Aiming at the issues of heavy maintenance workload and short maintenance skylight time of rigid catenary in urban rail transit system,this paper investigates,studies and analyzes the current situation of maintenance opera⁃tion of rigid catenary,and designs a rigid catenary operation platform vehicle based on track flat car.The marshalling forms of the operation platform vehicle are flexible and diverse,and the"1+1"marshalling mode can be adopted.By changing the number of coupled vehicles and adjusting the maintenance distance of single parking,small-scale cate⁃nary maintenance,insulator flushing and other operations can be realized;"1+N"marshalling mode can also be adopt⁃ed to realize large-scale catenary maintenance,insulator flushing and other operations.The use of rigid catenary oper⁃ation platform vehicle can improve the efficiency of rigid catenary maintenance operation,reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel,and reduce the possible hidden dangers of loading and unloading equipment and materials during maintenance operation.
