摘 要:液氦温区的低温制冷技术是诸多前沿科技的关键技术,主要以大型透平膨胀机和小型GM型制冷机为代表。主流的小型GM型制冷机存在效率偏低的问题,如何结合高效磁制冷技术提高这一温区的效率是目前研究的重点。本研究在前人工作的基础上深入考察了液氦温区复合GM磁制冷机的制冷性能。采用Pb、ErNi和EuTi_(0.875)Al_(0.125)O_(3)等三种回热填料分层填充GM制冷机的二级回热器,研究了磁制冷对复合GM磁制冷机性能的影响,探究了复合GM磁制冷机相位角对制冷机性能的影响规律。复合GM磁制冷机的无负荷温度随相位角变化呈现一定规律的变化,其中,在系统频率1 Hz工况下,当相位角为60°时,磁制冷与GM制冷两种制冷效应获得了最大程度的正叠加效果,复合制冷机的最低无负荷温度达到3.66 K,比同频率下GM制冷机降低了0.95 K。Cryogenic refrigeration technology in the liquid helium temperature range is the key technology supporting frontier science and technology.The current mainstream small-scale GM refrigerator has the problem of low efficiency.How to combine high-efficiency magnetic refrigeration technology to improve the efficiency of GM refrigerator in the liquid helium temperature range is the focus of current research.Based on previous work,this paper further investigated the hybrid refrigerator in the liquid helium range,and improved the cooling performance of the refrigerator by combining GM gas refrigeration effect with magnetic refrigeration effect.The second stage regenerator of the GM refrigerator was filled with three types of regenerative fillers including Pb,ErNi and EuTi_(0.875)Al_(0.125)O_(3).The effect of magnetic refrigeration on the performance of the hybrid refrigerator was investigated.The influence of the phase angle of the hybrid refrigeration prototype was discussed.Under 1 Hz system frequency,when the phase angle is 60°,the two refrigeration effects of magnetic refrigeration and GM refrigeration have a most apparent positive super-imposition effect.The lowest no-load temperature is 3.66 K,which is 0.95 K lower than that of the GM refrigerator at the same frequency.
