盆底肌功能锻炼在宫颈癌术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底肌功能锻炼在宫颈癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年6月—2021年5月郑州大学第一附属医院的163例行宫颈癌根治术术后3个月存在膀胱功能障碍患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组(81例)与对照组(82例)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上进行盆底肌功能锻炼指导。采用膀胱功能评估量表(MHU)、宫颈癌患者治疗评价量表(FACT-CX)比较两组患者的膀胱功能及生命质量。结果试验组宫颈癌术后患者干预后的MHU总分及尿急、夜间排尿频率、压力性尿失禁维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组宫颈癌术后患者干预后的FACT-CX总分及各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌功能锻炼不仅可改善宫颈癌术后患者的膀胱功能,还能有效提高患者的生命质量,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise in patients after cervical cancer surgery.Methods From June 2019 to May 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 163 patients with bladder dysfunction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University who underwent radical resection of cervical cancer 3 months after surgery.The patients were divided into the experimental group(81 cases)and the control group(82 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received pelvic floor muscle exercise on the basis of routine nursing.The bladder function and quality of life of the two groups were compared using the Mesure du Handicap Urinaire(MHU)and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy Cervical Cancer(FACT-CX).Results The MHU total score,urinary urgency,nocturnal urination frequency,and stress urinary incontinence dimension scores of the patients after cervical cancer surgery in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the FACT-CX total score and each dimension score of patients with cervical cancer in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Pelvic floor muscle exercise can not only improve the bladder function of patients after cervical cancer surgery,but also effectively improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
