摘　　要：通过对硅基阳光镀膜废气处理工艺进行分析,找出原系统不足之处,研发了能够满足超低排放要求的新型废气处理设备。新型硅基阳光镀膜废气处理系统能够有效处理易燃易爆废气,实现达标排放。The process of silicon solar coating waste gas treatment is analyzed.According to the shortcomings of the original system,a new waste gas treatment equipment which can meet the requirements of ultra-low emission is developed.The new silicon solar coating waste gas treatment system can effectively treat flammable and explosive waste gas and achieve up to standard emission.
