爆炸冲击诱发AISI304不锈钢马氏体微观形貌研究

摘  要:利用爆炸冲击装置对AISI304不锈钢板进行了爆炸冲击试验。通过XRD、TEM、EBSD等表征方法,研究了爆炸冲击后AISI304不锈钢板的微观组织演变、马氏体相变特征和晶体学位向关系,探讨了爆炸冲击下马氏体的相变过程。结果表明:爆炸冲击下,奥氏体晶内产生了α马氏体,伴随少量ε马氏体相变;α马氏体位于变形带内部和变形带交叉处,其形核位置限制在变形带内部,α马氏体与母相奥氏体具有K-S位向关系和西山位向关系;ε马氏体形核于大量层错处,其晶界形貌平直,ε马氏体与母相奥氏体保持[110]γ∥[1120]ε和(0001)ε∥(111)γ位向关系;ε马氏体相变与层错的形成有关,而α马氏体相变与变形带、孪晶等微观缺陷的形成和交叉密切相关。Explosive shock loading on AISI304 stainless steel plates was experimentally carried out by explosive impact treatment.The evolution of microstructures,morphological features of martensites and its orientation of crystallography with matrix austenites in treated samples were respectively investigated by XRD,TEM and EBSD,and then martensite transformation induced by shock loading were discussed.Results showed thatαmartensites with a fewεmartensites generated in austenite grain after explosive shock loading;αmartensites were formed at deformation bands and its intersections;αmartensite embryos were confined in deformation bands.Crystallographic orientations betweenαmartensites and matrix austenite contained both K-S relation and Nishiyama relation.Theεmartensites which had straight grain boundary were generated from stacking faults,and its crystallographic orientation with matrix austenite followed by relations of[110]γ∥[1120]εand(0001)ε∥(111)γ.It can be concluded that the formations of theεmartensites are related to stacking faults,andαmartensites are related to deformation bands,twins and its intersections.
