摘  要:采用Ziegler-Natta 1型进口催化剂,利用Spheripol中试装置,在环管反应器中用乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯代替单一的丙烯,通过改变气相流化床反应器中乙烯注入量,制备了一系列乙烯/丙烯/1-丁烯三元无规抗冲共聚聚丙烯(EPBC),利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、升温淋洗检测仪(Temperature rising elution fractionation,TREF)、乌式黏度计、凝胶渗透色谱仪(Gel permeation chromatography,GPC)、差示扫描量热仪(Differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)、广角X射线衍射仪(Wide-angle X-ray diffraction,WAXD)、扫描电子显微镜(Scanning electron microscopy,SEM)等研究了气相流化床反应器中乙烯注入量对EPBC结构和性能的影响。结果表明,随着气相流化床反应器中乙烯注入量的增加,所制备的EPBC样品抗冲性能逐渐增强,且当乙烯注入量为9.0 kg/h时,获得的样品最大简支梁冲击强度为21.02 kJ/m^(2)。Using Ziegler-Natta 1 imported catalyst in the Spheripol pilot plant,a series of ethylene/propylene/1-butene tertiary random impact polypropylene copolymers(EPBC)were prepared by varying the ethylene injection amount in the gas-phase fluidised bed reactor and replacing single propylene with ethylene,propylene and 1-butene in the ring-tube reactor.The effects of the ethylene injection amount in the gas-phase flui-dised bed reactor on the structure and properties of EPBC were investigated by FTIR,TREF,ubbelohde,GPC,DSC,WAXD and SEM,et al.The results show that with the increase of ethylene injection amount in the gas phase fluidised bed reactor,impact resistance of the obtained EPBC samples gradually increased,and the maximum brief beam impact strength of the sample was 21.02 kJ/m^(2)at the ethylene injection amount of 9.0 kg/h.
