摘  要:针对浅埋大断面隧道穿越松散软弱地层过程中出现的围岩稳定性差以及隧道塌方等问题,在分析隧道塌方成因机制的基础上,提出具体的塌方处治技术,并对其控制效果进行评价。所得结论如下:隧道塌方是多方面因素综合作用的结果,认为岩体松散破碎富水是隧道发生塌方的主要原因;提出以双层超前管棚和径向钢花管注浆为主的洞内围岩变形控制技术、以及以地表回填和注浆加固为主的洞外处治措施。现场实施后,隧道围岩变形稳定、支护结构受力合理,取得良好的应用效果,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。Aiming at the problems of poor surrounding rock stability and tunnel collapse in the process of shallow-buried large-section tunnels passing through loose and weak ground,specific techniques for the treatment of collapse were proposed based on the analysis of the cause mechanism of tunnel collapse,and their controlling effects were evaluated.The conclusions obtained are as follows:the tunnel collapse is the result of the comprehensive effect of many factors.It is believed that the loose and broken rock mass and water-rich strata are the main reasons for the tunnel collapse.The deformation controlling technologies and treatment plan of tunnel collapse are put forward,which is mainly double-layer advanced pipe roof and radial steel pipe grouting,and surface backfilling and grouting reinforcement.After the on-site implementation,the surrounding rock mass deformation is stable,the supporting structure features rational load-bearing capacity,and good application effects have been achieved.The research results can provide technical reference and experience for similar projects.
