摘 要:现行产品标准GB/T 7725—2004《房间空气调节器》及能效标准GB 21455—2019《房间空气调节器能效限定值及能效等级》对房间空气调节器产品规定了基于不同室外温度发生小时数的季节能效评价方法。在对现行方法进行分析的基础上,指出其存在的关键问题,并针对性地提出了优化的制冷季节能源消耗效率实验及计算方法。优化的方法未造成实验成本显著增加,基本排除了经验系数发生的作用,提高了低频低负荷区间的计算准确度,增强了计算能效与真实能效的逼近。经过实验验证,采纳这一方法的计算能效与实际运行能效的偏差,较之现行国标及美国采暖、制冷与空调工程师学会(ASHRAE)方法,取得了最好的逼近效果。National standards GB/T 7725—2004“Room Air Conditioners”and GB 21455—2019“Minimum Allowable Values of the Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Room Air Conditioners”regulated the seasonal performance evaluation method based on bin hours of different ambient temperatures.With theoretical analysis of such evaluation method,the existing insufficiencies and possibilities of improvement are discussed.Focusing both on increasing accuracy and cutting down experimental cost,an upgraded evaluation pattern is presented.Such upgraded method avoided the effect of empirical efficient and escalated the calculation accuracy on lower building load zone.With practical trial tests,the upgraded method is proved to be effective on cutting down deviation from actual operation efficiency,compared to active Chinese national standards as well as American Society of Heating,Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers(ASHRAE)approaches.
