摘  要:针对工程用吊车空调系统更加关注舒适性和经济性,本文在制冷剂和系统结构形式方面对现有系统进行改进分析,并推荐一种以R410A为制冷剂的整体式电动空调系统。结果表明,与现有系统相比,推荐方案所需压缩机排量缩小81%,吸气管路饱和温降约比现有系统减小97%,在额定制冷和制热工况下,能效分别提高24.0%和14.2%。In order to pay more attention to the comfort and economy of the engineering crane air-conditioning system,the existing system is optimized and analyzed in terms of refrigerant and system structure,and an integral electric air-conditioning system with R410A as the refrigerant is recommended in this paper.The results show that compared with the existing system,the compressor displacement required by the proposed system is reduced by 81%,and the saturation temperature drop of the suction pipe is about 97%lower than that of the existing system.Under the rated cooling and heating conditions,the energy efficiency increases by 24.0%and 14.2%,respectively.
