摘  要:目的建立测定地表水中12种药物残留的液相色谱-高分辨串联质谱法,并用于郑州市地表水水样的分析测定。方法使用LC-1MSDS大体积水专用柱,进行样品萃取和富集,再利用C_(18)色谱柱分离,通过高效液相色谱-串联高分辨质谱法(HPLC-HRMS)定性定量检测。结果方法线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.01μg/L-2.5μg/L,加标回收率在70%~110%,相对标准差(RSD)<10%。利用建立的方法分析了郑州市6个河水和湖库水样中12种药物的残留量,其中二甲双胍、咖啡因、可铁宁、氟康唑均有检出,其他8种药物残留也有不同程度检出。结论该方法具有良好的精密度和准确性,可以同时满足地表水中12种痕量药物残留的定性定量分析,并应用于测定郑州市地表水中药物残留量。Objective A high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry(HPLC-HRMS)method was developed for determining the concentrations of 12 drug residues in surface water,and was used for the analysis of surface water samples from Zhengzhou City.Methods LC-12MSDS column for large volume water was used to extract and enrich the drugs in water samples,and C_(18) column was employed for separation.The qualification and the quantitation tests were performed by HPLC-HRMS.Results The detection limits were 0.01μg/L-2.5 μg/L,the recoveries were 70%-110%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 10%.The established method was used to analyze the residues of 12 drugs in water samples from 6 rivers and lakes in Zhengzhou City,among which metformin,caffeine,cortinine and fluconazole were detected,and the other 8 drugs were also detected to varying degrees.Conclusion The method was precise and accurate,and it has been satisfactorily used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 12 drug residues in surface water samples from Zhengzhou.
