摘　　要：干旱半干旱地区的水环境特点与其他地区不同,其水环境不同、水问题不同,海绵城市建设的目标、技术路线及要点也有所不同。文章以银川市某片区的海绵城市控制性详细规划为例,详细阐述海绵城市控制性详细规划的技术路线及方法,并提出干旱半干旱地区海绵城市建设的要点,以期为干旱半干旱地区海绵城市控制性详细规划提供参考与借鉴。The characteristics of water environment in arid and semi-arid areas are different from other areas.The water environment and water problems are different,so the target,technical route and key points in sponge city construction are also different.Taking the sponge city controlling detailed planning in a district of Yinchuan as an example,this paper expounds the technical route and method of controlling detailed planning of sponge city,and puts forward the key points of sponge city construction in arid and semi-arid region,in order to provide reference for controlling detailed planning of sponge city in arid and semi-arid region.
