摘  要:目的:以聚乙二醇多氢键功能化合物为改性剂制备改性聚醚砜滤芯,增加滤芯水通量,增加滤芯去除药液中重金属的功能。方法:用改性剂改性聚醚砜,用熔融共混法制备了改性材料和改性滤芯。结果:改性聚醚砜滤芯水通量可达到96.03 L/(m^(2)·h),改性滤芯循环使用批次可达到50批,寿命大大延长。结论:改性聚醚砜滤芯水通量高,能有效截留注射液中的重金属离子,能再生循环使用,生产成本低。Objective:To prepare modified polyethersulfone filter element with polyethylene glycol multi-hydrogen bond functional compound as modifier,to increase the water flux of the filter element and its ability to remove heavy metals from the drug solution.Methods:Polyethersulfone was modified by modifying agent,and the modified material and filter element were prepared by melt blending method.Results:The water flux of the modified polyethersulfone filter element can reach 96.03 L/(m^(2)·h^(-1)).The circulating batch of the modified polyethersulfone filter element can reach 50 batches,and the service life of the modified filter element is greatly increased.Conclusion:The modified polyethersulfone filter element has high water flux and can effectively intercept heavy metal ions in injection.Can be recycled,low production cost.
