摘  要:全面客观地对建筑业竞争力进行评价,对推动建筑业高质量发展有着重要意义。依据因子分析法对传统建筑业竞争力指标体系进行了改进,利用数据优化法将因子分析和层次分析两种权重综合赋权,最终采用接近理想点法计算了北京、天津及河北7城市建筑业相对贴进度并对竞争力水平排名,结果表明,产值规模因子对竞争力影响较大。通过对比分析,为河北省建筑业发展提出了建议,同时因子分析改进的综合评价法可为建筑业竞争力评价提供方法参考。Comprehensive and objective evaluation on the competitiveness of the construction industry is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry. Based on the FA method, the traditional construction industry competitiveness index system is improved. The FA and the AHP methods are integrated by using the Nonlinear Optimization method.Finally, the TOPSIS is used to rank the competitiveness level of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei. The results show that the output scale has a greater impact on the competitiveness. Through comparative analysis,this paper puts forward a few suggestions for the development of Hebei Province,and the improved comprehensive evaluation method of FA can provide methodological reference for competitiveness evaluation in construction industry.
