摘　　要：针对工程管理学术界、产业界围绕设计主导型全过程工程咨询模式的诸多争议,简要梳理了目前主流的项目管理主导型和设计主导型全过程工程咨询模式的特点、优劣势及其适用情境,并深入剖析了一个典型的设计主导型全过程工程咨询服务案例-海南铺前跨海大桥全过程工程咨询服务的成功关键因素,探讨了设计主导型全过程工程咨询模式下的治理机制优化问题,以期为业主在不同项目情境下是否选择设计主导型全过程工程咨询模式提供参考依据。In view of the many controversies surrounding the life cycle engineering consulting mode of design-led in project management academia and industry,this paper briefly summarizes the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream project management-oriented and design-oriented life cycle engineering consulting mode and their applicable situations,and their applicable situations. A typical design-led life cycle engineering consulting service case-the key factors for the success of the life cycle engineering consulting service of Hainan Puqian Cross-sea Bridge and optimization of governance mechanisms are analyzed in order to provide a reference for the owners to choose the design-led life cycle engineering consulting mode in different project situations.
