基于修正SHAPLEY值的全过程工程咨询利益分配研究

摘　　要：在新时代、新形势和新要求下,我国全过程工程咨询项目多以联合体形式开展,其中全过程工程咨询项目核心问题之一是项目成员的利益分配。为了解决全过程工程咨询项目联合体成员间利益分配的难题,基于Shapley值利益分配模型,借助AHP、模糊综合评价法及实际情况对引入的风险分担、投入比重、合同履约度和项目贡献度4个因素进行权重系数修正,构建修正Shapley值的全过程工程咨询项目利益分配模型,并将修正后的利益分配模型带入具体案例验证其可行性和有效性,以期为全过程工程咨询利益分配问题提供理论依据。In the new era,new situation and new requirements,China’s whole-process engineering consulting projects are carried out in the form of consortia. One of the core issues of whole-process engineering consulting projects is the distribution of interests among project members. To solve the problem of interest distribution among the members of the whole-process engineering consulting project consortium,four factors including risk sharing,investment proportion,contract performance degree, and project contribution degree are introduced based on the interest distribution model of Shapley value,with the help of AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the actual situation,. The weight coefficient of each factor is modified, a benefit distribution model of the whole process engineering consulting project with the revised Shapley value is constructed,and the revised benefit distribution model is applied to specific cases to verify its feasibility and effectiveness. This paper provides a theoretical basis for solving the problem of benefit distribution for the whole process engineering consultation.
